Blue floral.

Image
Spring means florals. It's inevitable. I feel it when I walk outside my door in the morning and there are blossoms on the trees and bees busily buzzing around my garden. I also feel it as soon as I begin to sneeze uncontrollably...ah hayfever. Sportsgirl skirt/necklace, Kmart shoes I love a blouse that is printed and can be carried off with only the basics. A black skirt and booties let's the flowery goodness speak for itself. It's a simple outfit that I can wear to work (maybe with a longer skirt) which is fun & flirty but also professional and school-appropriate :) Was my brother's 18th on the weekend. I wore floral printed pants. Floral is awesome, in small doses. Which I really never thought I'd say, ever. I used to hate it, but these days I can pull it off without being too girly! x x Stace FOLLOW TEE&FAME FACEBOOK | TWITTER | TUMBLR | INSTAGRAM

Temperley London

Image
London Fashion Week. All the way on the other side of the globe. I must admit, I don't follow LFW as closely as I do the other Fashion Weeks. Temperley London's S/S 14 collection caught my eye though, while I was flicking through the different collections online. This collection is very...well how do I put it - Pink - in essence. Usually I'm not the hugest fan of pink, but the way it's been treated is beautiful! There are sheer fabrics, boxy shapes & girly drapes, laser-cut out pieces, shimmers and detailed textures and patterns and at least three shades of fuchsia as well as a paler, ice-cream palette including vanilla, mint and caramel *mmmm yum*. And some black too :) It's romantic, and bold and fresh and I'm loving it! Anyway I'll stop rambling so you can enjoy the pictures :) See what I mean? Amazing stuff. I lovelovelove that purpley-leopard dress in the last look. Anyway I'm super impressed with a designer I hadn't been to...

MSFW: Runway 4

Image
Designer Runway 4 at MSFW featured Limedrop, above., Búl, Carly Hunter, Gorman, Kuwaii, Honor Among Thieves, Kings Of Carnaby and Jolet. Local labels with a playful spirit, a mixture of fun prints, simplicity, and wearability :) Here are some of my favourite moments - both runway and behind-the-scenes! Pic from whatwouldkarldo.com I love how everything is both playful, yet simple. This is definitely my kinda clothing - stuff that stands out but is also totally acceptable to wear to the supermarket (or that's what I think anyway...) I want some of that Pineapple print in my life v. soon!! Quite a few highlights of the show, unfortunately I had media pass for shows on Friday but I had work gah :( Loved this show, very happy with MSFW this year I felt it was more creative than last year's. Hopefully better things to come in future :) x x Stace ph. taken by wes nel xx FOLLOW TEE&FAME FACEBOOK | TWITTER | TUMBLR | INSTAGRAM

Twenty-one

Image
Haven't been posting again. I ain't even going to make an excuse. It was my 21st on Saturday & I had a house party with some of my good pals and fam, here are pics. Just pretend it's an outfit post...pretty please? Overall a really fun night, although I feel pretty weird being 21 now! Anyway, this is just a quick update, hopefully more substantial postings will appear here in a few weeks when I go on uni break (Hoping I don't sound like a broken record here)... x x Stace FOLLOW TEE&FAME FACEBOOK | TWITTER | TUMBLR | INSTAGRAM
