So here is outfit II for Black Out! Super simple and super cool. Today was 38 degrees in Melbourne so I thought I'd put on a floaty dress and tie my hair in a messy bun, randomly added flower in my hair for decoration :)       Op-shop tiered tie-dye dress, Dotti wedges, Forever New bracelets.     This Blackout thing is really making me use all the coloured pieces in my wardrobe which is awesome, because often I fall back upon the same dark jeans, black shirt, black shoes etc. I didn't actually realise how much black I relied on because I had to search for ages to find non-black shoes!   Also I boycotted black eyeliner and mascara instead opting for some blue eyeshadow. I love it so much I'm defs going to try it again, fresh skin and coloured eyelids suits me.   How was everyone's day? "Black Out” will be occurring from the 26th November through to the 3rd of December. Came home on the weekend to find these gorgeous Here Comes The Sun shorts delivered to my door! They have the loveliest digital/graphic floral print on the front and have a high-waist. Which flatters me since I have a small waist and big hips. Hipster & low-rise stuff just doesn't work on me... Beginning Boutique Lantana Shorts , Forever New shirt, Diana Ferrari shoes. I teamed the shorts with my fave Forever New backless shirt and voila. Outfit. I'm not wearing make-up coz all I'm up to is exam study BUT I am wearing lipstick :) And no accessories because...well I didn't actually go anywhere. I'm like a hermit til Friday when I have my piano recital. Hope all the VCE/HSC people did well in their final exams & uni peeps too. Oh and P.S. These shorts make me want the Goot floral bomber even more... PPS. I'm moving to North Melbourne soonish. Can't wait to be within walking distance of the city and also closer to uni. I will defs miss...

I was digging around at my parents' house the other day and found this cap in the back of my wardrobe in my old room. Laughed a lot remembering that we had to wear it during tennis & the girls called it the Wanker cap. LOL. Anyway I chucked it on my head and snapped a few selfies on the iPad. Looked pretty cool to me, the W kinda just adds to it. Been cooking too hence the feta, cherry tomato & baby spinach pizza & cinnamon pull-apart bread pics. It's procrastibaking mainly, but the boyf has been getting into it too which is lovely. Anyway hope you guys are having a fun-filled weekend & all that jazz :) x x Stace

How incredible does Ms. Jessica Hart look here?!?! This embellished dress keeps popping up on Tumblr everywhere! I love Jess' laidback, effortless look: the tanned skinned and high bun and cute black boots are just perfect. This summer I definitely want to be rocking the tanned skin & gotta get myself a dress like that.
